Hi Diane, It has been a week since we met at Marie's house. You showed me about 10 stretches of which I could remember 5 really well. I have done the stretches every day at least once if not twice. Diane, I would love to thank you so much. I had a lower back problem with one visit and doing your video, I was mobile in 2 days where I thought would take weeks. Then, a couple weeks later, I stopped doing the video and was in so much pain with a neck injury. Fantastic DVD!! After completing a six mile walk today, my daughter and I did the stretches. They relieved the tightness in our leg muscles and our neck and back. My daughter also plays softball, and the arm stretches were perfect! Thanks Diane for encouraging us to do this!

Thanks for the great advice! These stretches really work. I am on my feet all day long. Before I knew about these techniques, the pain would start an hour into my work. I started stretching every morn and every night. Soon I was working for 3-4 before the pain came. Now, after 4 months, I am pain free!!! Thank again Diane... you're the best.

I just wanted to stop by your site and say "THANK YOU" for making your wonderful DVD! I have so many friends that have had injuries due to the fact that they don't stretch and "get the knots out" prior to doing their workouts and now thanks to you, I feel confident that I can begin my day with your DVD and be ready to continue on with my daily workout in little fear of these accidents. Of course, accidents may happen in any case, but research has proven that with a good stretch beforehand, your chances are much better of having a successful workout. Many thanks to my good friend, Diane! I have been suffering for the last few years with chronic neck pain due to an injury at work. My neck was in constant spasm. I had gone for injections and physical therapy with little relief. After discussing my problem with Diane, she knew exactly the kind of treatment I needed. In one treat-ment, I felt major relief! She used techniques I never had before and got right to the root of the problem areas. First, she stretched all of the tight muscles followed by deep tissue massage. She was able to find knots in my back that I didn't realize I had! 
Diane is a very talented and caring therapist and I recommend her highly! She was able to do in one treatment what my own physical therapist could not achieve in 6 months of therapy! I have since been using Diane's stretching DVD to maintain my problem areas. I highly recommend that, too!

Had surgery on a broken toe and decided to take a whole body approach to preparing for it. My son brought your video home and suggested I try it just for fun. Let me tell you that I was so relaxed, head to toe, that I have taken only one dose of pain meds! Did the stretching and relaxation cause this? Don't know but I feel great. And even funnier is the dog's reaction to me on the floor he started stretching too!

Diane is more than just a Massage Therapist. She is a caring and knowledgeable therapist. She is all about stretching and teaches you the tools you need to continue the exercises at home. 
I had Plantar Fasciitis and after seeing Diane and doing the exercises and stretches on my own, it was gone! Recently, I had neck and face spasms on my left side. I saw Diane and she was certain it was muscle related. She showed me the stretches I needed to do every day and after a couple weeks it had stopped. I will continue to do the stretching every day. My doctor insisted I get a MRI just to be sure and the test came back Normal. I would recommend anyone to see Diane and judge for yourself. Thank you so much Diane, for all your help and support! I know Diane Cherico personally from when I was working on my book in New Jersey. I attended one of her workshops on stretching and she is amazing. I was amazed at how simple stretching can improve health and vitality. I felt like I'd had a total workout after doing it, even though it isn't nearly as strenuous. I moved back to my home in California. I recently got her Stretch Exercise DVD. I've only done the stretches for three days so far, but the finger and arm stretches are totally improving the wrist pain and tightness I've had in my right wrist and forearm since it was broken in two places from a serious auto accident I had. The stretching is like getting physical therapy without going to the actual physical therapist, and not nearly as expensive. The stretching has improved my typing comfort/Internet work as well as the comfort level of using my cell phone. I HIGHLY recommend Diane's beautifully relaxing, professional DVD. Hi Diane, "I'm back!" I just wanted to update you on how your stretching exercises continue to help me. The first time I wrote you, I had only been doing the stretches for three days. Now I have been doing them for about six weeks. My range of movement has improved unlike I ever imagined it would or could. My joints are more flexible than ever, my muscles are getting more defined and my energy level is up. My stress level is lower, and for the first time in my life, I don't feel like a physical weakling. I'm getting stronger and these simple, relatively painless exercises are combining with my new food plan to make me healthier and happier. I have known Diane for many years. I went to her for therapeutic massages. She is caring, gentle when necessary and very professional. I am diabetic which leads to irritation, pain, and unusual ailments. Diane has helped me through each period of discomfort, and adding stretching is a bonus! I have a condition that caused neck and facial neuropathic pain. It took me a while to find a Dr. to diagnose and treat the pain. In conjunction with the specialized treatment I received in that medical office, the Dr. prescribed therapeutic massage with Diane Cherico! (he only refers his patients to Diane...) Diane has taught me the right way to stretch--I had been aggravating the condition by stretching incorrectly.

I have had a multitude of back and neck problems for years, and I have been to a number of doctors and specialists and I have also been through physical therapy a number of times also including a chiropractor that I have been going to for years. I even requested surgery to relieve the pain but they said that I wasn't bad enough for surgery. The chiropractic visits help, but only are temporary. I have just about given up on getting any kind of relief that was going to last then I found DIANE CHERICO and I tried her exercise video for pain relief and it really works. I have been using it now for about 3-4 months and I feel better already. I think that if I continue to use it I may not have to go to the chiropractor at all anymore. I used to go twice a week now I only go once a week and I am feeling better already with a 15-20 minute work out every day! THANKS DIANE!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Hi Diane! I wanted to thank you so much for helping me with my carpal tunnel problems! It was so bad that my brother (who has had the surgery) was encouraging me to go under the knife. He had great success but I've heard that's not always the case. Plus, I just don't have the time for recovery. I figured that if I'm going to need physical therapy after surgery to get back up and running, why don't I just do the PT and skip the surgery! The intense massage and stretching that you are doing to my hands and arms feels so good! OK, sometimes it really hurts but it hurts so good. And the stretches that I'm doing at home and while at work are really helping. I'm gonna beat this thing yet! You ROCK!!

Hi Diane, It's been a few months since you've done the intensive work on my hands. I have continued to stretch them every day - at work, at home, in restaurants...any time my hands are free, I'm usually stretching them. I can't tell you how grateful I am to you. They truly feel 95% better than they did 6 months ago. I bet this is the first time you have treated "iPad hands". I didn't get this from typing on the computer. It's completely from holding the iPad for hours a day. Little did I know that I would end up doing this terrible thing to myself.
